Over the next seven days, you can actually become harder to guard on the basketball court. You can really gain an advantage over your competition. We are going to be systematically training your basketball skills, both off the dribble and shooting, as well as your explosiveness, which includes your speed and your jumping ability.

Progress can be made in a short period of time, and you're going to see measurable progress if you follow this seven day program as it is taught.

The key word in that last sentence is 'measurable.' This isn't about your feelings. This is about facts. We're going to start out by taking an evaluation to determine your current ability. And we're going to take this again on day 7 so you can see your progress.

This particular eval is a condensed version of the various evaluations that cover the first 30 levels in our 100 level training system. The higher your Skill Rating, the harder you'll be to guard ... if you actually use those skills.

Now, you are going to have 24 hours to access each of the days that are assigned in this seven day training plan. For example, you'll have 24 hours to access day #1 before access is removed. You will then have 24 hours for day #2 and so on.

These next seven days are going to be serious. If you are not willing to work and follow this training plan as it is taught, you will not see the results that you could potentially achieve. This is pro SuperHandles training. So it's imperative that you approach this like a professional. I'd like you to set out two hours to train per day for each of the next seven days. When you sign up, you will select a start time for this training. Make sure to select a proper start time for your schedule because day #1 wll start at this time. You'll then only have 24 hours to complete the assigned training.

This isn't some watered-down training plan. This is some of our top Superhandles University training that you can use over the next 7 days to change your game. And at no cost to you. If you want to continue with the training at the end of the 7 days, I'll have a special offer for you to continue with our University. But the emphasis now is to become as hard to guard as possible over the next 7 days. It's going to be intense and and to maximize your progress over the next 7 days, you need to apply what is taught and give your best effort. You're going to need to be disciplined to become as hard to guard as possible.

Here's a list of the equipment that you'll need:

A basketball hoop.

Two basketballs.

   A weighted basketball. (If you don't have one, you can still do the training with a regular ball, but I recommend doing the assigned weighted ball drills with a weight ball to maximize your progress.)

   A big basketball. (If you don't have one, you can still do he training with a regular ball, but the big ball is recommended when utilized for specific training methods.)

   Four sturdy objects that are anywhere from 5 to 8 inches tall. (If you don't have these type of objects you can touch the floor instead.)

   Workout sheets printed off for each day of training.

A pen or pencil.

A tape measure.

   Dumbbells. (The proper weight of the dumbells will be advised within the training. If you don't have access to dumbbells, you can still do the training. But dumbbells are recommended.)
